General Information
Reservations are made through our Reservation Coordinator on a first come-first served basis. A Retreat Contract will be sent to the Retreat Coordinator, who must sign and return the contract along with the stated deposit by the date noted on the contract in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Failure to receive the contract and deposit by the date noted will result in the release of the facilities. The Retreat Contract provides important information including rates, meal schedules, and policies that will need to be followed and communicated with the group. Linens and catering services are available upon request.
Last Minute Reservations
Although our peak months are usually booked well in advance, we encourage parties to contact our office for an updated list of available dates. Many times, last minute arrangements can be facilitated by simply moving the check-in or check-out date by only one day. Our friendly staff can assist you in making the best possible arrangements for your last minute requests.
